Slate:
The finest deposits of billiard slate are mined from the Ligurian Region of Northern Italy. The playing surface is diamond honed to within 10/1000 of an inch and precision machined into three sections. Each set of slate arrives to your home a perfect match.

Frame:
The base frame beams; constructed from furniture grade melamine, are a full 12 inches deep, one of the deepest in the industry for maximum rigidity and strength. Melamine is manufactured using a thermal fusion process, making it one of the most durable, scratch-resistant finishes available.

Rails:
Our rails are constructed of professionally hand-picked hardwood, post formed with enduring plastic laminate. Plastic laminate is widely used in commercial applications for its stain and scratch resistant qualities. The black Raven rails come with a crystal finish for further protection against scratching. Our two piece laminated rail system is widely known for its strength and anti-warp properties. Our industrial strength T-nut fasteners have an extra long thread grip that won't bend or cross-thread, producing the most rigid rail system and truest rebound.

Pockets:
Mastercraft technicians individually handcraft the pockets for this table. Each set of pockets is made from the highest grade of genuine leather, stained not burnished in a variety of colors to match your table. The pocket openings meet Billiard Congress of America tournament standards.

Cloth:
The cloth is a tough wool / nylon blend, available in many colors to suit your decorating tastes.
