Slate:
The finest deposits of billiard slate are mined from the Ligurian Region of Northern Italy. The playing surface is diamond honed to within 10/1000 of an inch and precision machined into three sections. Each set of slate arrives to your home a perfect match.

Frame:
The double thick high-pressure laminated base frame beams are constructed from furniture grade melamine and premium plywood. The frame beams are one of the deepest in the industry, a full 11 inches for maximum rigidity and strength. Melamine is manufactured using a thermal fusion process, making it one of the most durable, scratch-resistant finishes available.

Rails:
Rails are constructed of professionally hand-picked solid hardwoods, featuring stained & lacquered solid oak top rails. We use professionally mixed stain colors to provide a perfect match to the melamine blinds and frame. By introducing oak rails into the composition of the Cambridge we have added furniture quality and beauty. Our two piece laminated rail system is widely known for its strength and anti-warp properties. Our industrial strength T-nut fasteners have an extra long thread grip that won't bend or cross-thread, producing the most rigid rail system and truest rebound.

The Legs:
The Cambridge features a heavy 8-inch tapered leg, in a classic style.

Pockets:
Mastercraft technicians individually handcraft the pockets for this table. Each set of pockets is made from the highest grade of genuine leather, stained not burnished in a variety of colors to match your table. The pocket openings meet Billiard Congress of America tournament standards.

Cloth:
The cloth is a tough wool / nylon blend, available in many colors to suit your decorating tastes.
